(1) Post your first topic by going to Introductions and clicking Post New Topic. Type in subject as your name (but use at least 15 characters)
(2) Say something about yourself and even add a photograph by going to the Image icon (hover over them but its the one above the word Image in this sentence)
(3) Then go to profile and add a signature and an avatar (the picture to go with your name). Check preferences to make sure your signature is always attached
(4) Then browse the information already on here and start to post your coments as replies or post new topics for discussion or information
(5) And if you get stuck, go to Questions for the Moderator and I will come to your rescue!
